Policy Co-Author

As ERRA continues to do community based participatory research on BIPOC led strategies that continuously lead to results, we invite you to join a co-authors table to help shape the standardized language necessary for institutions, governments, and systems to implement and sustain racial equity and justice. The topics will be informed by ERRA’s broader alliance and will identify how many issues areas are prioritized on a yearly basis. This is also a co-design group where participants will help shape how this process unfolds.

Next Gen Design Group

ERRA will begin to explore how to build sustainable pathways into policy and advocacy for the broader BIPOC community. Are there existing efforts we can support? Is there a need for capacity building for youth and young adults? Where are there voices and groups that already exist and what can we do to align, support, or bring them together?

Convenings

ERRA hosts regular community convenings throughout the year. The convenings are a space to reflect on our work to date (including wins and lessons learned), strategize for the future, and most importantly, create space for authentic relationship building, connection, and fun. These convenings are designed to offer an array of different types of activities and spaces to meet the varying needs and preferences of the many different amazing folks across our BIPOC communities. We want you to enjoy yourselves and our time together. Period. If you have fun, feel welcomed, and learn a little bit of one another and this work, this would be a win.

To learn more about the convenings, please email Ruel Olanday Jr. at ruelo@erralliance.org.
